    Hey guys,
    Lately I’ve been feeling low on energy, especially after work. My stamina is not what it used to be—both in the gym and in my personal life. I’m 36 now, and I guess age is catching up.

    I eat okay and try to sleep well, but still feel drained most days.
    Has anyone here actually improved their energy and stamina? Supplements? Lifestyle changes? Open to real suggestions.

    Hey Rojer,

    I went through the same thing last year.

    What helped a bit:

    Better sleep (7–8 hours)
    Cutting sugar and processed food
    Taking magnesium and zinc

    But honestly, the results were limited. I still felt low energy most days.
