I keep seeing ads for the EMSense Foot Massager everywhere. They claim it helps with foot pain, circulation, tingling, and neuropathy symptoms. Has anyone here actually tried it? Does it really work or is it just another overhyped gadget?
I bought one about two months ago because my feet hurt after long work shifts. It definitely feels relaxing, especially with the heat feature. I noticed less soreness at night, but I would not call it a miracle cure.
I tried it for my neuropathy symptoms. It helped with temporary relief and made my feet feel less numb for a while. The effect was more like symptom management than a permanent fix.
My husband uses it almost daily. He likes the compression feeling and says it helps him sleep better because his feet burn less at night. We both think it works best when used consistently.
Honestly, I expected stronger massage pressure. The device is gentle. Some people may love that, but if you want a deep massage machine, this may disappoint you.
